Our Mission & Belief Statements
Standfast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. (Gal 5:1) Salvation...Deliverance...One Soul At A Time! Talitha Cumi Women's Ministry mission is to assist in healing the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of prison to those who are bound. We are here to comfort all who mourn, we will give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; so that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified. Our mission in essence is salvation...deliverance...one soul at a time. Talitha Cumi Women's Ministry belief is that Jesus Christ died on a rugged cross for our sins, three days later; He arose from the dead and ascended into Heaven and now sits at the right hand of God The Father Almighty. About Us...
TCWM (Talitha Cumi Women's Ministry) began with a vision from God in July 2006. God showed me in this vision; HIMSELF reaching down from heaven pulling out of a dirty, merky, black sea; a limp women. In this vision; it is so evident that God is all powerful...HE is pulling this woman up out of a sea of darkness; she's limp because she has no strength to do it on her own. God in all of HIS glory was able to pull her limp, lifeless body out of the sea with one mighty hand. He is just that powerful. The awesomeness of God is that during HIS pulling the woman up; the place on her clothes where HE touched her was not dirty; it was clean. Just as during the time that HE raises us out of our sin; HE is cleansing us. As I was reminded by a very spirit filled woman of God...we must not limit God; we must learn to see GOD outside of the box. God is all-knowing, all-seeing and all-being!
